Celebrating Growth, Grit, and the Journey

Each year at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey, our awards celebration gives us the opportunity to pause and recognize something that often gets lost in the day-to-day pace of real estate: the people behind the numbers.

Yes, production matters. Success matters. But what we celebrate most are the stories that lead to those achievements—the persistence, the relationships, the lessons learned along the way, and the growth that comes from showing up day after day for clients and for each other.

The Be Better Award is one of the clearest reflections of that spirit.

Presented to the agents with the highest percentage of year-over-year growth, this award recognizes not just impressive results, but the dedication, resilience, and determination it takes to reach them.

This year, two agents stood out in remarkable ways—each demonstrating what it truly means to grow, to persevere, and to continue striving to Be Better.

The Bentonville Be Better Award

The Be Better Award is awarded to the agent with the highest percentage of year-over-year growth.

What if we told you that in 2024 this agent did just over $10.8 million, and somehow this year claimed the highest percentage of growth in our office?

But honestly, the numbers aren’t even the most impressive part.

It’s the journey that brought her there.

2024 was a hard year for her, but she still showed up, still took care of her clients and her family—and still sold $10.8 million.

That tells you who she is.

She’s competitive and passionate, and she’ll tell you herself—she could probably have better systems. In fact, she kind of flies by the seat of her pants.

But what she does do is curate incredible relationships, and she works her heart out.

She understands that this is a people business.

She shows up.
She connects.
She genuinely cares—and people respond to that.

We remember her saying she was going to get to work in 2025.

And she did just that.

From $10.8 million in 2024 to over $28 million in 2025, becoming the #1 Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey agent of the year.

She also ranked #15 nationwide.

Please help us congratulate our Bentonville Be Better Award winner and our brokerage’s #1 agent

Brandie Perry

Fayetteville Be Better Award

We think this award winner could easily be in line for the PAIGE Award someday.

Because to be the most improved, it takes the very things those values represent—growth and excellence.

This agent joined us at the beginning of 2024 as a brand-new licensee, stepping into the business with curiosity, determination, and a willingness to learn.

And if you’ve been in real estate long enough, you know we tend to go on streaks.

Sometimes it’s working with the same agent on multiple deals.
Sometimes it’s selling homes in the same neighborhood back-to-back.

And sometimes… it’s something a little less fun.

This agent went on what might be the bad appraisal streak of all time. We think it was four… maybe five… maybe even six in a row to start their real estate career.

But through every one of those challenges, this agent handled it with grace, professionalism, and the kind of composure that says a lot about who they are.

They learned from it.

They grew from it.

And they kept moving forward.

Since joining our office, this agent has embraced every challenge and every coaching goal with determination. And their calm, steady demeanor is more than welcome in our office.

Which makes what happened next even more impressive.

Making the jump from $2.6 million in 2024 to $8.7 million in 2025 is quite an accomplishment.

And it is our honor to present the Fayetteville Be Better Award to…

Claire Prichard

The Spirit of Be Better

At its core, the Be Better Award isn’t just about numbers.

It’s about progress. It’s about resilience. It’s about the willingness to learn, grow, and continue moving forward—even when the path isn’t always easy.

Both of these agents represent that spirit in different but equally powerful ways. One through remarkable momentum built on relationships and relentless effort. The other through perseverance, learning, and steady growth in the earliest years of a career.

Together, their stories reflect something we believe deeply at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey: success in real estate isn’t just measured by transactions or volume—it’s measured by the way we show up for people, the way we support one another, and the way we keep striving to be better than we were yesterday.

To Brandie and Claire—congratulations. Your journeys inspire us, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate your achievements.
