2015 and have built, bought, and sold homes all across the U.S.

In my 30 years with Walmart both in the corporate office and in

Dan was incredibly easy to with and highly knowledgeable in our property buying experience. He gave us peace of mind and was never pushy towards the sale. Dan was awesome! He went above and beyond our greatest expectations in looking for that perfect retirement home. Early in our hunt, Dan patiently took us through multiple properties in one day because we lived a few hours away. During this early search, Dan helped us narrow down what we were looking for, and he kindly used our responses to these properties to help him get a feel for us and our expectations. When we choose that final property, Dan made sure we knew what we needed or should be doing at every step of the way. In addition, he personally looked out for our good in every way. Dan treated us like we were his central concern though we knew he had many other clients. I cannot say enough about how wonder Dan was to work with. I couldn’t be more complementary of Dan, he is a true real estate professional. I am extremely impressed with his preparedness, his communication, and his knowledge of the market. For each house Dan came prepared with property surveys, county records, easements, etc… really any information on the property that isn’t always easily accessible to the public Dan had covered. He invests time in the property before showing the customer so you are educated. Once we found the property we wanted to buy, his knowledge of the comps helped us make a buying decision my wife and I are very pleased with. Not only do we live out-of-state, but we were also navigating our relocation journey during the COVID-19 pandemic.
