Hi! I’m Dianna Eldridge. I’ve always loved real estate and all things related and am finally at a

point in my life where I can pursue my passion. I love Northwest Arkansas and I’m so excited to

further my career as a REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Journey.

I was born and raised a couple of hours from Northwest Arkansas, have traveled and lived all

over the U.S. and have called NWA my home for the past 20 years. My husband and I raised our

children here and are very familiar with the local public and private schools as well as local

youth sports and extra-curricular youth activities.

I have 38 years of business experience working for Walmart and Sam’s Club in Operations,

Membership/Marketing, Human Resources, and Global Security. I have a communications

background and a master’s degree in HR. My years of experience and education made for a

natural transition into real estate.

When not serving my clients, I most enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy

gardening, traveling, and experiencing the great outdoors of NWA with my three dogs.

I’m a no-nonsense, results driven business partner and will work hard to meet your needs and
