Margaret Payne has been a real estate agent since 2014 and enjoys helping people with the largest financial decision of their life. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and attended college at The University of Arkansas. After graduation, Margaret spent time working in Texas, California and Little Rock. In the summer of 2021, they decided to move to NWA for a better quality of life for the family.

Over the years she has helped many clients buy and sell personal homes, investment properties, and second homes. Since moving to Northwest Arkansas, Margaret has hit the ground running, using her real estate experience to educate and assist both buyers and sellers find the right property.

Margaret's goal is to provide her clients with the highest level of integrity and service and to become their Realtor for Life. She understands that real estate transactions can be stressful and works tirelessly on their behalf to ensure that they have the smoothest experience possible.

Margaret and Trey have a daughter (Reid) and a son (Cross), and an English Bulldog named Amos Lee. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
