Hi, my name is Michelle Higgins and I am a real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey serving the Northwest Arkansas area. Living in NWA was always a dream for my husband, Craig and I. Eight years ago we decided to make our dream into a reality and bought a home on Beaver Lake. We love Northwest Arkansas and all it has to offer.

I have been a teacher for 30 years and I am now a realtor. The two jobs are surprisingly similar. You have to get to know your students or clients, figure out what they want, and help them achieve it. My lifelong passion has been these careers because of all the interesting and wonderful people I have met.

I want my clients to have the best experience when buying or purchasing a home. I enjoy helping them understand the lending process, home inspections, surveying, environmental issues, and many other aspects of real estate.

When I’m not helping my clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy spending time with family and friends on Beaver lake or volunteering at the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
