After college, I joined my
father and brother in our family electrical business, where we built Captain
Quick Electric—now known as Mister Sparky. It was an incredible experience in
business ownership and customer service, but in 2008 I decided to follow a
lifelong interest in real estate and joined my mom, Marcella, on the Hagan
Team.

Since then, real estate has
been my passion. I’ve managed teams, trained new agents, and built systems that
make the process simpler, smoother, and more profitable for both clients and
agents. In 2018, I earned my broker’s license and started teaching at the BIG
R.E.D. School. Two years later, my mom and I founded Choose Success Real Estate
School to help agents start their careers the right way.

In 2022, I became the
Principal Broker for eXp Realty Arkansas, where I led and supported agents
statewide. And in 2025, I took an exciting new step by joining Better Homes and
Gardens Real Estate Journey, continuing my mission to make real estate professional,
effective, and fun.

I believe in simplifying the
process, leading with integrity, and helping people—whether that’s buying a
home, building a business, or learning something new.
