Sarah Farmer, REALTOR® and member of the Mayer Team with Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Journey, began her career in the real estate industry when she was only 18. She grew up in a family where real estate was a familiar subject at the dinner table. Her father was a successful home builder and her mother is still a top-producing REALTOR®. It is not surprising that she has a natural inclination to work with buyers and sellers.

A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, Sarah has witnessed the area experience dramatic growth in population, culture and economy. With her savvy knowledge of the industry and a personal investment in the community, Sarah's experience as a licensed REALTOR® is a valuable asset to her clients.

As a mom, Sarah has first-hand experience with the schools, sports and activities in the area. She takes the time to understand the needs, interests and personality of her clients and is passionate about showing them around the area neighborhoods to find the perfect location.

Sarah stays up to date with the latest digital trends and shares her knowledge by heading up the marketing and social media for the Mayer Team.

She is involved in the Bentonville school district and supports the Boxer Foundation, an animal rescue for Boxers. Sarah has a passion for scuba diving, the Razorbacks and anything retro as reflected by her bright orange vintage VW Bug aka #SheBug.
