At Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey, some awards recognize production. Others celebrate growth. But the PAIGE Award represents something even deeper.

Named for our core values—Passion, Authenticity, Inclusion, Growth, and Excellence—this award honors the agents who embody the spirit of our company every single day. It recognizes those who lift others up, lead with integrity, and show up for their colleagues, clients, and community in ways that go far beyond transactions.

Each year, the PAIGE Award is voted on by peers, making it one of the most meaningful recognitions we present. It reflects not only professional excellence, but the character and compassion that define our culture.

This year, two agents stood out in powerful ways.

Bentonville PAIGE Award

The PAIGE Award represents the very best of who we are.

When we think about this award, we think about someone who leads… someone who gives freely of their time… someone who is compassionate, reliable, generous, and kind.

And when our agents spoke, one name rose to the top again and again.

They told us about someone who shows up—every time and at every company event.
A teacher.
A mentor.
A leader.

Someone who gives to others, lifts people up, and never hesitates to help—no matter how busy life gets.

They described someone real—unfiltered, outspoken, sometimes a little sassy—but always grounded in integrity and always driven by care.

Someone who holds others accountable not because it’s easy… but because it’s right.

They spoke about a person with a big heart—someone who will do anything for anyone. Whether that’s writing an offer, showing a property, or simply being there when it matters most.

But what many of you may not know… is what this year has asked of her.

This year brought profound loss and hardship.

She faced the end of a marriage and the uncertainty that comes with starting over. And at the same time, she stood beside her best friend Margie Ivy in the final days of a battle with breast cancer.

She showed up there, too.

Every single day.

Bringing meals for lunch and dinner. Sitting close.

And when words were no longer possible… she simply held her hand and made sure her friend knew she was not alone, she was cared for, and she was deeply loved.

Just days ago, she laid her best friend to rest.

And yet, through all of that… she never stopped showing up—for this company, for her peers, for her friends, and for our community.

That is what this award is about.

Not just what you do when life is easy… but who you are when life is unfair, when it is difficult, and when it is full of heartache.

Her strength.
Her compassion.
Her unwavering commitment to others.

It defines everything this award stands for.

We have no doubt her friend Margie would be incredibly proud in this moment.

Jakey Harris

Fayetteville PAIGE Award

As always, our agents were thoughtful in describing why this year’s Fayetteville PAIGE Award winner stood out among their peers.

A few of the nominations captured it best:

“This agent always has a great attitude. Always ready to learn and help those around them. They have exhibited a massive amount of growth since joining BHG. They volunteer to help with events regularly. I’m incredibly proud of them in more ways than one and I LOVE having them as a coworker.”

“This agent is a huge part of what makes our office special! Also… they’d be a hoot on the trip and make it ten times more fun.”

We couldn’t agree more with these sentiments.

We would also like to highlight the personal growth and maturity this person demonstrates—well beyond their actual age. And we appreciate their willingness to take a joke… and sometimes even be the butt of one.

In fact, we even recruited this person to help select the items for the trip tote bags you all are about to receive.

Simply put—we need more people like this in our lives.

And we think everyone can get behind this choice for the Fayetteville PAIGE Award.
